OOur office requires payment upon services rendered. We happily accept forms of payment via cash, check, or visa/mastercard/AMEX/discover.
Our office also accepts No-fault Insurance and Workmans compensation and the VA cases that are approved and authorized.
Please allow 24-hours notice for all cancellations to avoid being charged for a full treatment.
We also offer a super bill invoice, which you can submit to your insurance and request for reimbursement. A $20 processing fee will be charged. It is advisable for you to contact your insurance company and review your policy regarding claims for treatment of acupuncture.
We offer a Wellness pre-payment plan; by purchasing a package of minimum of 3 treatments is acupuncture, which is paid in full in order to receive the reduced rate of the specified acupuncture treatment program. These treatments are non-transferable from patient to patient and is also non-transferable from service to service. In addition, each treatment is to be used within 30 days of the last treatment date.
